of the court house where the suspect will be sentenced. but the victims mother was to make her own plea to other parents to think twice about who you let watch your kids. this adorable little girl is sophie. she's not even two--yet she's been through more than most kids should have too. she is a victim of abuse. this is also a picture of sophie after she was taken to the hospital in november of 2014. the little one had an injury to her ear. prosecutors believe the babysitter desiree rankin had with it as she is set to be sentenced in campell county this tuesday. such a horrible time in my life and my familes life found rankin through one of her friends. she babysat sophie and another child for a few months then got the call that her daugher's eye was twiching. thinking it was siezures she

school in middletown... it happened earlier this evening on state route 1-22... a pickup heading east... was struck by a dodge durango s-u-v... that s-u-v.. then also hit a rent-to- own truck... a woman and three-year-old in the s-u-v were taken to the hospital with non- life threatening injuries. the driver of the pickup was treated and released at the hospital.. no one in the other truck was hurt. developing now thomas more college fired it's campus safety director today, following yesterday's arrest on child porn changes. 52 year old robert marshall faces 36 counts of child porn after the graphic images were found on his home computer. marshall had been under investigation by covington police for nearly two years prior to yesterday's arrest on the crestview hills campus. the school released a

saying: thomas more college had absolutely no prior knowledge of this investigation. the college did not become aware of the investigation until marshall's arrest on wednesday. marshall had worked at thomas more since july of 1999. he will be arraigned on monday. you're looking at the turnout for a benefit fundraiser for the family of fallen firefighter patrick wolterman. the event was put on at firehouse grill in blue ash. proceeds from every old firehouse brewery pint sold - as well as all donations from the pass the boot went to woltermans family. we're founded by firefighters and currently owned by a retired firefighter, so we hold the firefighter very near and dear to our heart, they're heroes in our hearts and eyes. when we heard about it, instantly thought, what can we do. right now - police say they are working nonstop to find out who is responsible for wolterman's death.. that story - right

night. tyrone patrick, the cincinnati and colerain township fire department chaplain, was the man driving the metro bus that fatally struck a 73-year-old man and hospitalized his daughter last night. the bus hit stephen and emily frank as they crossed the hyde park square intersection of erie avenue and edwards road around 7:30... stephen frank was pronounced dead at the scene. emily, operates a food truck and is the co-founder and president of the cincinnati food truck association. member says emily were close. everything that i've gathered they were extremely tight, the whole family was. i think this is probably the worst day of their lives. police said patrick made an improper turn into an intersection. the incident is still being investigated. the bearcats are home with what is likely of the season. jeremy rauch joins us in studio with

and ammunition.. authorities say the man tried to get through security at disney's hotel new york, located near the amusement park. police say the man, who is from paris, was carrying luggage containing two firearms and ammunition, as well as a quran. the paris area is on edge already following a pair of high-profile islamist attacks last year, that killed more than 140 people. one person was killed this morning ... after a car crashed into a miami county, ohio school bus. eight students had minor injuries. police say the car crossed the center line of a two-lane road north of dayton and hit the bus, head on. the driver, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected and died at the scene. police say the car was speeding. right now right now - the world health organization says the mosquito-borne zika virus is "spreading explosively" in the americas and that the "level of concern is high." there is no current treatment for the zika virus, and it can cause birth defects if the disease is contracted by a pregnant woman.

but in brazil, the warning sirens have been blaring for months. over four- thousand babies in brazil have been born with micro- cephaly, resulting in abnormally small heads that can cause brain damage, and long-term developmental problems. dr. bruce aylward, world health organization, assistant director general so this virus has been on the move for some time, so a lot of people have been exposed to this virus already in those areas, but it will continue to move, would be the expectation. the world health organization now says the virus has the potential of three to four million cases in the next 12 months. up to 1 and a half million people in brazil have been infected, but symptoms are mild, to none for most. the serious risk is only in pregnant women. there's growing support tonight - for a bill allowing domestic violence victims to break their rental lease agreements without fear of financial penalties. the bill cleared a kentucky house committee yesterday. supporters say the measure would give victims more safety from their abusers. the bill won strong bipartisan

well we saw it on facebook well my mother did and she told me about it and we was driving to somewhere in franklin, and just drove by here and seen it. crews found a 1960's model blue mercury convertible.. but found no evidence of a crime. sheriff's officials said they never had any reason to believe a body or anything would be in the car, but wanted to find out just what was buried, because of the unusual circumstances surrounding the discovery. texas authorities are looking for answers from a daycare owner after a child died in her care. holly harrison owns "all about kids" daycare near austin. investigators say she lied to them about details of five-month-old brody havins' death. according to court documents, it took harrison 14 minutes to call 9-1-1 after brody started choking on what was believed to be a mitten. records also show harrison called a friend and texted her daughter before she called 9-1-1, once she
