new developments in the lead water crisis near akron... state lawmakers now say the ohio e-p-a knew there was lead leaking into the water in sebring...months before residents were alerted. originally officials believed the tainted water was contained in a few schools, but now they fear the problem could be beyond that. a water advisory alert for pregnant women and children was posted in december. despite the e-p-a knowing of the problem in august. turning to oregon...where the fbi has released a video of the fatal shooting of an armed occupier of the wildlife refuge. the special agent in charge says the aerial video shows robert "lavoy" finicum reaching for the pocket inside his coat several times before officers opened fire. officials saying they tried to make the situation as peaceful an outcome as possible...but they still have work ahead of them. we believe there are four people who still occupy the refuge at this time. since the establishment of the
