"drugged driving" bicyclist in today, the amelia before a judge. rob dblbx our sara celi is live with the details.. and video you'll see only on fox19 now. melinda woodall today... charged with aggravated and possession of drugs. police say woodall was on drugs when she hit a bicyclist sunday afternoon township. that cyclist... now in critical condition. here's some exclusive video of woodall was arrested on sunday.... westbound us-52 at asbury road. drove onto the road and struck michael prater... then fled the scene him any help. police caught up sutton road.... and found several pill bottles, syringes, a tourniquet. police also say woodall attempted to conceal pill bottles in her bra at the time of her arrest. live

kentucky enquirer, he had no idea he was a felon and did not mean to lie on a jury questionnaire. shaynahubers is serving 40 years in prison for shooting 29-year- old ryan poston six times in 2012. the juror pleaded guilty in 1992 of falling behind in child support... he says he didn't know the charge was a felony and acted in good faith filling out the questionnaire. because felons are not allowed to serve on kentucky juries, hubers is asking the judge to set aside her conviction, declare a mistrial or order a new trial. a deer park man accused of robbing a gas station.. and trying to hurt a k-9 officer is set to go before a judge today. court documents state, 25-year-old robert reeves said he had a gun, when he took a carton of cigarrettes from a shell gas station on e. galbraith road saturday. he's also accused of trying to hurt a

cincinnati investigators have now started interview witnesses to a massive fire that destroyed a beef cattle auction business in lexington. saturday's fire destroyed seven acres of the stockyards operated by the blue grass livestock marketing group... five other nearby businesses were also destroyed. the stockyards' c- o-o says his crews are ready to get back to work. we have insurance to deal with, a lot of clean-up to do, but that business survives, we are much more than a

20 cattle were lost in the fire, but no one was hurt. crews remained on scene 24 hours later, putting out hot spots. the fire department spokesman says it's too early to determine the cause of the fire and exactly where it started. authorities in southern california are now interviewing three inmates, captured after escaping from jail on january 22nd. two of the men were arrested saturday after someone flagged down officers near san francisco's golden gate park. the third was captured on friday. all three are now back in orange county. residents are getting fed up in burns, orgeon... about the ongoing of a wildlife refuge. people say disruption to their lives. occupy the refuge... one of blanchester, according the newspaper, the oregonian. the group's leader, ammon bundy, and 10 others are under arrest. a toddler has only just learned to walk... but her parents put her on a snowboard... and

business has potential to be dangerous. having a safe place to make the exchange can make a difference. there have been several cases where people have been assaulted, robbed, even killed from using these sites to make purchases or sell items. in may of 2015, 17 year old john winstel thought he was meeting someone to buy video games. he had set up the transaction through craigslist and agreed to meet at heritage elementary in liberty township for the exchange. when he got there, two teenagers assaulted and were arrested a but these types of transactions have a lot of potential for a crime to take place, and they certainly have. it's instances like this that prompted sheriffs office to offer up the jail's space for these transactions

the preble county ohio sheriff's office warning people to be cautious when checking mailboxes... after homemade explosive devices were discovered inside. the sheriff's office posted these photos... after officers went to three homes on saturday in gratis and somers townships. we're told they found a mixture of chemicals in 2-liter pop bottles. crews with the butler county sheriff's officer arrived to make the explosives safe. officials say those bottles were sent off for forensic testing... and they're telling residents to contact the sheriff's office if anything suspicious a mailbox. a retired ohio police officer wants to purchase his longtime k-9 partner but the town says he's going to have bid for him. recently retired marietta officer matt hickey wants ajax. the dog for 35- ajax's estimated value. but the city says
