new information this morning about the shooting at a seattle homeless encampment last week. police say three teenagers have been arrested in connection with the incident. 2 people were killed and three others hurt. seattle police say the suspects, ages 13, 16 and 17, were no further information about the arrests was given. a tampa man is in jail after federal agents raided his home... finding more thalf a dozen pipe bombs. officials say they got a tip that
