the creation museum wants to and some boone county leaders are expected vote on the expansion plans tonight. the creation the museum group says there's just not enough space for traveling exhibits so they want to build a new building that will be big enough to host them. the proposal also calls for a new parking lot. if approved, the project is expected to take 3-years to complete and cost 15-20 million dollars. which is expected to be paid for through donations. more on the expansion coming up in a live report. three men are behind bars this morning... accused of leading local police on a high speed chase for a total of 55 miles. police say the chase began in lincoln heights, ending in harrison... and reached speeds of at least 90 miles per hour. anthony dewayne

fleeing and eluding charges... jehwaun booker, also of dayton, and chucky foley of trotwood, were both arrested on several outstanding warrants. police say one of the men even recorded the chase, and posted the footage on social media. cincinnati indiana state police are expected to release more information about an officer-involved shooting in huntingburg. officer say it all started with a strange message on facebook. police say they were immediately suspicious after a man contacted them on the social media site, asking them to meet him at a parking lot in a park. the officers arrived to find a man with a gun.. we're told he ignored orders to put him down... police opened fire. "it's a difficult situation for these officers. any time you're put in that position, you're forced to take that type of
