are all facing several charges...and 2 of them had outstanding warrants. police say one of the men even recorded the chase, and posted it on facebook. they add that the suspects most likely thought they were home free. sometimes what happens when the ground units break off of a pursuit and someone feels like they're not being pursued anymore than they do just that investigators also thank the suspects for shooting this video...they say it gives them more evidence for their case. kentucky governor matt bevin signs into law an abortion bill that updates the state's informed consent law. it now requires that women seeking abortions be told of medical risks and benefits at least 24 hours beforehand. the bill gives patients and doctors the option of meetings in person or by video. it's the first bill governor bevin has signed since taking office. the creation museum wants to triple its size... and some boone county leaders are expected vote on the expansion plans tonight. our jessica brown joins us live in burlington with
