a kid. joseph niemeyer was a youth pastor at new banklick baptist church in walton. prosecutors have charged him with several felonies after police say he abused a child under the age of 12. it's not clear if the victim is connected to the church. niemeyer is being held in the kenton county jail at this hour. rob wope vo covington police are still piecing together the details of a so called home invasion. this is a picture of the man shot. his family tells us miller. they say he went to this home on warren street to get his stuff when he was shot. the homeowner called police to report an intruder. go into detail about exactly what did catch up with who shot miller.
