cincinnati police in new york say two officers who were shot while on patrol... are expected to survive. officials say a man opened fire on the officers, in the stairwell of a housing project in the bronx. one officer was hit in the face, the other in the stomach. investigators day the gunman turned the weapon on himself... he later died. another suspect is now in police custody. florida has now declared a state of emergency in a fifth county, in the wake of the zika virus. and governor rick scott says the state is preparing... like it would for a
