moment to remember a fox19 now family member lost over the weekend. arthur williams, affectionately known as art... worked with all of us here for close to 10 years. he suffered a health setback a few months ago and passed away yesterday morning. art always had a smile for everyone and a kind word... he's in our thoughts and prayers this
