just uncovered new details on the case ray tensing's defense will jody barr is here. the tensing defense plans to call to the stand. jody says - "it's detailed in this 4 page document... it lays out who ray tensing plans to call as witnesses--24 people in all--and--some of the evidence he could introduce at trial." monday, october 24th. that's the day ray tensing will stand trial... charged with murdering sam dubose.. the unarmed black man tensing pulled over because dubose didn't have a front license plate. tensing's body camera footage of the incident... a key component of the case. in court today... attorneys for both sides agreed to the trial date. tensing did not have to appear. meantime we have a glimpse of some of what tensing's defense team will use to convince a jury that tensing's innocent of murder. -uc's firearms and deadly force policy. -documents that show new beat structure parameters. -and witnesses that include: -u-c police chief jason goodrich.. who now has two new supervisors following the shooting. -and police officers jason kidd and phillip lindenschmidt.. who arrived on scene as the shooting happened.. seen here approaching dubose's car after it crashed. they were being investigated

no charges were ever filed. -also on the list - u-c president santa ono and hamilton county prosecutor joe deters. fox19 now caught up with dubose's fiance... who is furious about the october trial date. she says if the roles were reversed... dubose would already be in jail. she also says the video doesn't lie. if you see this man.. call covington police immediately. new controversy tonight in the case of tamir rice, the 12-year old boy shot and killed by cleveland police in 2014. the city of cleveland is now apologizing after a $5-hundred dollar bill was sent to the rice family for the child's ambulance ride! surveillance video captured the shooting when it happened. cleveland mayor frank jackson said that even though the bill is standard practice, it never should have been submitted. "again apologizing to the rice family if this has added to any grief or pain that they may have." rice was shot and killed while playing with a toy gun that had the orange safety tip taken off. in december, a grand jury chose not to indict the officers in the case... but the rice
