wound to his head. elizabeth william's son was the first to find him. 5146 "my son went outside to try and help but when he got to the driver's side fo the car, he saw all fot he blood and stuff pouring out and he was like no so he backed up and called 911." but how'd he get there? who is he? who shot him? all these questions raced through her mind as she tried to process what had happened right outside her home. 5320 we still didn't know what happened, no one knew anything a few hours later, those questions soon got their answers. saturday afternoon, police identified the victim as 23-year-old derrick johnson, and just hours later, police arrested 23 year old donta williams in connection with johnson's death. 5407 none of us had ever seen the guy before, it's not like he's from the neighborhood so we're just hoping it's a random thing as for now, one very big question remains... what was the motive behind

police haven't said whether or not williams and johnson were in the car together but according to witnesses, when the victim was found in the car, none of the windows had been shot out. they also said the driver's door was locked and the passenger door was open. reporting live, jordan vilines, fox take a look at this... police say a car rashed right into the front of the u-d-f store in union township! this was the scene ago on old state route 74 and glen este road. one person was transported with injuries, but no word on the severity. store officials say they don't plan to be back open until tuesday. in oakley... crews are investigating an afternoon fire at a 2 story home on millsbrae avenue. officials say a passerby noticed flames coming from the roof, and police. several people were on the first floor at the time...

crews were able to knock down flames in about 5 minutes, but no word yet on what may have caused it. now animation more trouble for the department of veterans affairs tonight... after an investigation found alleged misconduct at the top of the local branch right here in cincinnati! garret tenney has more. this investigation by the v-a inspector general is looking into allegations of misconduct.. by the acting chief of staff at the v-a medical center in cincinnati - t hat affected the care of veterans. fox news has focusing its investigation on dr. barbara temeck, a thorasic surgeon staff - who allegedly prescribed medicine - despite not being authorized to do so. the person she was allegedly writing those illegal prescriptions for - was her bosses wife. mary hetrick is the wife of jack hetrick -- the director of the v-a network and parts of ohio, indiana, and michigan.

don't know what the medications are, or if jack hetrick was directly involved in the alleged activity. however, a v-a email obtained by fox news says hetrick "has recused himself from any and all decisions regarding the facility since his wife has a professional and personal relationship with the physician involved." still not clear - alleged misconduct impacted the care of veterans -- if any veterans received the wrong prescriptions - and extends beyond dr. temeck and ms. hetrick. members of congress aren't being told much more - and several members tell fox news the v-a seems to be trying to bury this story. a spokesman for congressman brad wenstrup, who represents the east side of cincinatti and is a member of the house veterans' affairs committee, says in a statement to fox news: "congressman wenstrup is deeply troubled by this cryptic news and wants to know more, to include who is being investigated and why. the timing of va's announcement - late on a friday before a federal

start this morning we "warmed" to 19 this afternoon under a fair amount of sunshine. skies overnight will initially be mostly clear, but by morning mostly cloudy skies will be the rule as the first in a series of disturbances comes our way.
