crews were able to knock down flames in about 5 minutes, but no word yet on what may have caused it. now animation more trouble for the department of veterans affairs tonight... after an investigation found alleged misconduct at the top of the local branch right here in cincinnati! garret tenney has more. this investigation by the v-a inspector general is looking into allegations of misconduct.. by the acting chief of staff at the v-a medical center in cincinnati - t hat affected the care of veterans. fox news has focusing its investigation on dr. barbara temeck, a thorasic surgeon staff - who allegedly prescribed medicine - despite not being authorized to do so. the person she was allegedly writing those illegal prescriptions for - was her bosses wife. mary hetrick is the wife of jack hetrick -- the director of the v-a network and parts of ohio, indiana, and michigan.

don't know what the medications are, or if jack hetrick was directly involved in the alleged activity. however, a v-a email obtained by fox news says hetrick "has recused himself from any and all decisions regarding the facility since his wife has a professional and personal relationship with the physician involved." still not clear - alleged misconduct impacted the care of veterans -- if any veterans received the wrong prescriptions - and extends beyond dr. temeck and ms. hetrick. members of congress aren't being told much more - and several members tell fox news the v-a seems to be trying to bury this story. a spokesman for congressman brad wenstrup, who represents the east side of cincinatti and is a member of the house veterans' affairs committee, says in a statement to fox news: "congressman wenstrup is deeply troubled by this cryptic news and wants to know more, to include who is being investigated and why. the timing of va's announcement - late on a friday before a federal

day and continue through the afternoon, the evening, and into the overnight hours. right now it appears that generally 1"- 3" of snow will fall by early monday morning, with the heaviest amounts in our southern and southeastern communities. temps overnight sunday into monday morning will warm a bit as well, so that by 7am monday we should be near freezing 32 . this will aid in the snow removal process but the morning commute will no doubt be slow and cumbersome. the second disturbance still generates many questions, but overall our model guidance has trended warmer---which means we could see some cold rain into monday afternoon and evening we're still watching this one . yet another disturbance will work in on tuesday afternoon with the possibility of a few showers. the good news? by the end of the week we're in the mid 50s..... and another live look at the scene in rabbit hash
