a.m., according to warren county dispatchers. passerbys and people at a distance spotted flames that were through the roof and called 911, said mason fire chief john moore. crews responded within eight minutes, but the house has partially collapsed. one person was found dead on a bed in a back bedroom, moore said. several firefighters remain on scene, including crews from loveland and deerfield and west chester townships. our jordan vilines joins us live from brown county with an update on the current conditions. more school closures in brown county on tuesday due to the snowy, slushy conditions on many state routes. brown county is under a level 2 snow emergency. as of 5:09 tuesdsay morning, the ohio department of transportation's website listed nearly 20 state routes in brown county that had moderate snow/ice coverage on the roadways. sardinia elementary, russelville elementary, eastern middle school and eastern high school are the four local eastern schools that will remain closed tuesday because of the poor road conditions. kara cam now let's take a look at some of the stories coming up new for you at 6:30...
