this morning lockland police are still investigating a deadly home invasion. investigators are taking a closer look at surveillance video from a nearby church police think that 4-men entered the home and put a knife to the homeowner's throat. that's when the homeowner pulled our a gun and shot and killed one suspects.. police are still looking for the other 3. kara wipe vo a man accused of trying to kill a local police officer is facing federal charges this morning. keno phillips is accused of pulling

lockland officer matthew kurtz. kurtz says phillips shoved a gun into his stomach after a foot chase, but there was no bullet in the chamber. kurtz works for the mariemont police department now, but the incident is still fresh in his mind. f-b-i in the san bernandino shooting case, but it says it will fight the ruling. a judge ordered the company to unlock a cell phone owned by one of the suspects. syed farook and his wife opened fire at a holiday party in san bernardino last december, killing 14-people. the f-b-i has said it has tried to unlock the phone for two months without success. apple has said it cannot unlock newer i-phones for law enforcement because it does not have a key to break the encryption. rob ots the u-s is watching the growing tension between north and south korea very carefully. four f-22 stealth fighters are flying over south korea to keep watch. experts say the north korean government will likely view the planes as a threat. the u-s often sends warplanes to south korea in times of tension with north korea. rob ots comcast cable customers finally have their service back this morning. millions lost cable, phone and internet
