one person died in a 3-vehicle accident on southbound interstate 71 south of dana avenue early wednesday, cincinnati police officials said. a male driver was reported trapped in one of the vehicles when the crash occurred just after 3 a.m., said lt. tim brown, the night chief. minutes later, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. at least one other person involved in the crash was shaken up and likely to go to a hospital to get checked out, brown said. cincinnati police's traffic unit was called to the highway to investigate. they oversee fatal and
