is now charged in connection with a nearly three- year-old homicide. this is video from the scene of the shooting... it happened on delhi avenue in sedamsville in july of 20-13. police say they found michael hopkins dead inside of an apartment building. court documents state, 32-year-old william smith killed hopkins during a robbery. he will be arraigned this morning. smith is the second suspect charged in the case... 24-year-old rayshawn hart also faces numerous charges in hopkins' death. hart's trial started yesterday. happening today today... we expect to learn new information about a deadly officer involved shooting in westwood. rob dblbx our sara celi is live in the west end with the very latest on the investigation. police wlil release more information today at 11am at a press conference here... and a autopsy on the suspect will also happen today. police say the suspect pulled a

questioned him. vo this happened at wednesday and killed the suspect.... who's name has not been released. officers had initally responded to reports of a man waving a gun... and shortly afterwards, a pickup hit a utility pole on harrison avenue. police have not released that suspects name. polcie say the man did comply with officers at first... but then pulled that gun from his waistband. "we have to do something about this in police are doing their absolute best to keep us help them. everybody needs to jump in. make a stance against violence. and try and decrease the number of times our office gets called out in the middle of night." three cincinnati officers are on administrative leave.. pending this investigation. investigating a potential terror attack in turkey. an explosion hit military vehicles in the capital of ankara. 28 people were killed and dozens more hurt.
