have to be in this area. also if you typically park in this area you'll notice these signs that say you cant park on the east side of the street while they're doing tests -you will need to park on the west side.. crews will testing the brakes on the first two streetcars as well as testing the movement and dynamics of the third streetcar that just arrived last week. if they get enough time crews will also run the newest streetcar around the entire 3.6 mile route. a group pushing for legalized marijuana in the buckeye state is now putting its efforts on hold. legalize ohio 2016, says its having trouble raising money for the campaign. now, the group is planning to partner with marijuana advocates, in efforts to legalize medical marijuana and to reduce criminal penalties for having weed.

at downtown cincinnati the trials for five baltimore police officers accused in the death of freddie gray have been put on hold. tthat's because maryland's highest court will hear appeal cases for all five officers next month. of appeals will consider whether a sixth officer case, officer should be compelled to testify against the porter went to trial last year, but his case ended in a mistrial. gray died last april in police custody. his death led to riots in baltimore and protests

police brutality. school officials in ohio can't figure out why a teenager showed up at a high school, lied to officials to pose as a state lawmaker, toured the school and even spoke eloquently to students about advocacy! state senator david burke was scheduled to speak at mohawk high.. but officials say 18-year-old isaiah akins arrived at the facility, saying the senator asked him to come instead. he reportedly looked the part of a fellow lawmaker: well dressed, and even had a personal driver. "this person showed up in advance days early and said the senator had fallen ill and he was there to take his place and speak." akins reportedly obtained a loaner vehicle from a dealership by misrepresenting his identity. school officials say they will be more diligent about speakers in the future.

hectic -- imagine the presidential hopefuls. both parties held dueling town halls before tomorrow's primaries. an emotional moment opened the republican town hall in columbia, south carolina... a young man said he'd been through a rough time, and has now found meaning in ohio governor john kasich's message...kasich gave him a hug. meantime, donald trump fired back at the pope.. who said the donald wasn't a christian... and former florida governor jeb bush chimed in. moment a tourist helicopter crashes in hawaii's pearl harbor. five people were onboard the bell 2-0-6 chopper when it slammed into the water... as hundreds of tourists watched. once the helicopter hit the water... it quickly sank and flipped over. several people rushed into the water to help... pulling out one person still trapped inside. witnesses believe the pilot prevented the aircraft from hitting people on shore, and causing more injuries. it looked like he was trying to land on land because there's no landing area there. its just people standing around looking at all the different sites here."
