freddie gray are now being put on hold...as maryland's highest court begins appeal cases for all five, starting next month. the court will also consider whether officer william porter...a sixth officer charged in the case, should be compelled to testify against the other five. porter went to trial last year, but the case ended in a mistrial. freddie gray died last april, while in in police custody. his death led to riots in baltimore and protests nationwide over police brutality. months after being sentenced to 15 years in prison on child porn charges... former subway pitchman jared fogle is now facing a deadline for his appeal. today, fogle's attorneys must file court documents detailing grounds for an appeal, by the end of the day. his team has called the 15-year punishment "excessive." fogle pleaded guilty to one count of distributing and receiving child pornography... he also admitted to paying for sex with underage girls. pope francis has suggested contraceptives may be used to prevent the spread of zika

more signs of progress in the cincinnati streetcar project. three cars will be hitting the roads today. dblbx our jessica brown joins us live with what you need to know if you're headed downtown today. that's right crews will be testing the 3 streetcars right here on elm street between 14th and liberty...it will start from 9am til 4pm. so this is a big heads up for drivers who typically come through this area... the roadways will be closed in this area betwen 14th and liberty. you'll see detour maps to get you where you need to go if you have to be in this area. also if you typically park in this area you'll notice these signs that say you cant park on the east side of the street while they're doing tests -you will need to park on the west side.. crews will testing the brakes on the first two streetcars as well as testing the movement and dynamics of the third streetcar that just arrived last week. if they get enough time crews will also run the newest streetcar around the entire
