for a missing veteran tonight turned into an impromptu memorial service... just hours after his body was discovered. aaron berns body was pulled from the little miami river saturday. walk to bam the tragic outcome has been feared since he went missing reportedly starting a fire in a lebanon home then chase and jumping into the river. family members say veteran was suffering from p- fox19 now's frankie jupiter spoke with the that vigil. this vigil that happened behind me had already been schedule for the missing vet, before he was found. now a family hopes to heal after their

family members and friends gather outside of the little miami family church in morrow. there were hugs and tears as many cope with this tragedy. some described berns as loyal, and others recalled his childhood. "he was a very sweet boy, a very intelligent; highly intelligent." "aaron was a delightful kid, i don't know if saw some of the pictures that are on the table, almost all those pictures i took." these pictures captured some of berns' happy moments as a child growing up. but tonight hearts are heavy. "particularly with the taps it was very moving, it was very sad because i know they just found him"... just last night. i just got the news a half an hour before we came that they had identified him." berns's family still wanted to hold the vigil this evening hoping to spread the awareness about ptsd. " in a way yes we have closure, you're right. but in a way it feels like we have more work to because, why did this have to happen to him, why did he have to end up this

reward for information on turner's whereabouts. two vehicles colliding in walnut hills... and one was sent flying into an apartment building there... police say one car ran a red light - hitting another vehicle - which crashed into the building at gilbert and nassau avenues.... the driver of the vehicle that hit the building.. was trapped for a short time.. both drivers were taken to the hospital - and are expected to be ok. new tonight... a shell station robbed in hyde park... it happened on east erie avenue... across from the hyde park country club... the suspect took off with the whole cash register... no weapon was shown. but he knocked over a display... injuring the store clerk... who is expected to be ok. the suspect took off - and jumped in a gold s-u-v driven by another person... so far - no arrests have been made. also new tonight... a shooting near the white castle on reading road near william howard taft... we're told a person was shot in the stomach.... this morning. so far - arrests... weather now adlib to weather

and two others are in critical condition, after a shooting spree in kalamazoo county, michigan. police arrested 45-year old jason dalton. officers said he shot a woman outside her home. then he killed a father and son at a car dealership. investigators say he shot five others outside a restaurant. reports claim dalton was a driver for uber. and he picked-up passengers in- between the shootings. jeff getting/prosecuting attorney, kalamazoo county "they weren't targeted for any other reason other than they were there to be a target. they were shot multiple times." two other people were hurt in the shooting rampage, including a 14- year-old girl, who remains in the hospital with critical injuries. uber says he

be "anonymous" has posted a video declaring war on the cincinnati police department. this is a still picture of the video, which we are choosing not to show at this time. in it, the group claims c-p-d officers shot and killed suspect paul gaston because he was black but did not use lethal force against a white suspect in a similar circumstance the day before. in addition to the video, the group published what it claims are the names, and personal information of the police chief and dozens of cincinnati officers. we reached out to several cincinnati leaders. chief eliot isaac gave me the following statement minutes ago...
