new developments now in a story fox19now broke last night. l cincinnati city leaders are firing back tonight, after the online hacker group "anonymous" took aim at the city's police department. this is the group's video that was posted online last night. it features a masked man, with a digitally altered voice critcizing the department and the officer involved shooting of paul gaston. gaston was was shot and killed by cincinnati police officers in cheviot last week when, according to police, he reached into his waistband to grab what turned out to be a bb gun while officers tried to place him under arrest. 3anon "while we release your officer's information, we will hold no responsibility of the actions of those that see the information." 3 mayor "i also believe that our officers and our police department and our city is big enough to not let this stop us from doing our job." the personal information about cincinnati police officers, including chief eliot isaac,

on colerain avenue in green township... it happened just after eight.. on colerain near loretta... no injuries were reported... no word on a cause.. and we're learning more about a two vehicle crash in colerain township... that tied up pippin road for hours... the crash involved a pick-up truck and car.... colliding head-on.. three people were trapped in one of the vehicles... but crews were able to get them out.. they were all transported to the hospital... no word on their conditions tonight. also new tonight... the 16-year-old passenger in that helicopter crash we told you about last week now has died.. the chopper was caught on video... as it went down this past thursday hawaii... injuring the pilot and family of four from canada. they were all taken to the hospital.. and today - the teenage passenger died. a northern kentucky woman is speaking out tonight about a trip to hospital she says included a breast exam against her will. a woman says she

hospital with pneumonia last may. she claims a doctor came into her room, lowered the lights then grabbed her breasts. she says she screamed for help to some nurses outside. and i was hollering at him, 'get out of my room! and they pushed the door open, and he told them 'go on, just go on'. two women are now suing the hospital and the doctor and filed complaints with the state. one woman claims the hospital was aware of other sexual abuse claims...but didn't do anything. take a look at this guy... 20-year-old lee cheatham... is accused of having sex with a young girl. he's charged with rape... and was arraigned this morning .. court documents say cheatham admitted to raping the girl ten to 15 times back in 2011 when the girl was just 10 years old. the grand jury will report its findings in the case... next month. new aerial video

bail has been denied for the gunman who police say fired on people in three separate locations in kalamazoo, michigan 45-year old jason dalton appeared before a judge today via video-link. police say dalton opened fire at three locations over the course of nearly seven hours saturday night, picking up uber fares in between shootings. a total of eight people were shot, six were killed. dalton now faces six counts of murder. live now weathernow adlib to steve
