we're hoping to learn more inforation today....after a northern kentucky woman is found dead in a creek near the ohio river. the body of 31- year-old tara turner was found in snag creek, off of route 8 in bracken county on sunday. police say the body was found by people fishing. she had been missing since january 31st - her father's birthday.
