baby had been was in her car when it was stolen outside of home. this type of incident is something law enforcement doesn't take lightly and now benton is facing some hefty charges. 28-year-old na'cole benton is now charged with making false alarms, inducing panic and obstructing official business. under ohio law, it's a crime to hamper or impede a police officer in the performance of their official duties. this charge encompasses a wide range of acts, including, for example: lying to a police officer, especially about an emergency. vo take a look here at this video we shot yesterday afternoon, it shows benton leaving her home on hopkins street with her child. her baby was taken to the hospital for precautionary measures since at that time, many were still unsure exactly where the child had been and what she had been exposed to in the hours before. live benton is set to report here in court this morning at 9 am. reporting live, jordan vilines, fox 19 now. today, we expect to

information about a deadly crash that learn more information about a deadly crash that killed a mother and child in cold spring. police say a woman was driving southbound on alexandria pike when she crossed the center line, hitting another car head-on. the mother and child were in the second car. they were pronounced dead at the scene. the driver of the other vehicle was medical center. released. the death of a hamilton firefighter. the butler county coroner has ruled that smoke inhalation killed patrick wolterman. that's according to the journal-news. the coroner also officially ruled the death -- homicide because the fire was arson. now hamilton police can investigate his death as a homicide. wolterman died at a hospital, after avenue back in after christmas.

this is a change we are here at the florence baptist church and that's the only place in boone county you can go and caucus. a typical county like boone county will have one location for you to vote at, and a larger county they will have multiple. the march 5th caucus replaces republican presidential primary in may, so the caucus is the only opportunity for kentucky republicans to vote in the race for the republican presidential nomination. however, primary elections for local, state and congressional races will still occur in may. here's what you need to know for tomorrow. republicans registered by december 31, 2015 are eligible february 19 was the last day that the republican party of kentucky accepted absentee applications completed absentee ballots must be received at the state party headquarters by 5:00 pm et on friday, march 4.
