baby had been was in her car when it was stolen outside of home. this type of incident is something law enforcement doesn't take lightly and now benton is facing some hefty charges. 28-year-old na'cole benton is now charged with making false alarms, inducing panic and obstructing official business. under ohio law, it's a crime to hamper or impede a police officer in the performance of their official duties. this charge encompasses a wide range of acts, including, for example: lying to a police officer, especially about an emergency. vo take a look here at this video we shot yesterday afternoon, it shows benton leaving her home on hopkins street with her child. her baby was taken to the hospital for precautionary measures since at that time, many were still unsure exactly where the child had been and what she had been exposed to in the hours before. live benton is set to report here in

at downtown cincinnati kentucky governor matt bevin is taking on another abortion clinic this morning... with a lawsuit.

of lexington -- and claims the clinic performed abortions without a license. the governor's office says the location had not been inspected in a decade and was in unsanitary condition. two weeks ago, the state filed a lawsuit against planned parenthood in louisville. a woman accused of trying to sneak on airplane without a ticket will be spending six months in mental health treatment. 64 year old marilyn hartman was sentenced yesterday in chicago. she was arrested last month at o'hare international airport. hartman has been detained several times at airports nationwide for trying to stowaway on flights. a judge warned hartman that if she breaks the law again, she will be sent to jail. a police chase in houston came to a sudden end... when the suspects' vehicle slammed into a port-a-potty. officials say three suspects robbed a pizza shop, then took off... police took up chase.. the suspects vehicle ultimately hit another car and careened through
