tonight.... crews are searching for answers after a major overnight fire leaves one person dead in aurora indiana. developing now animation it's a story that's been developing all day. what sparked flames at a home on market street early this morning? good evening, i'm ben katko in for tricia macke. crews were called to the scene just before 4 a-m... finding the home engulfed. fox19 now's robert guaderrama is on this.. and robert it was hard to find the victim. ben, due to the extent of damage, it actually took fire crews and cadaver dogs several hours to locate the woman's body. her identity has not yet been released but we

of the hospital, the female victim was transported to uc medical center for burn treatment. melissa grote neighbor "i heard the guy yelling help out the window, that's when me and my husband called 911 but by that point the whole back of the house was fully engulfed." a quiet neighborhood waken in the middle of the night by cries for help. three people trapped inside this burning home. melissa grote neighbor "i was terrified, we were scared that our house would catch fire, i mean we all have kids around here and the pole was on fire and we didn't want wires coming down on our house, it was terrible. steven callahan dearborn county coroner "this is one of the worst fires scenes i've seen. steven callahan dearborn county coroner "if you look at the house, it's very unsafe, we were worried about wind coming down, we didn't know if it was going to come down at anytime." according to the aurora fire department, a man and woman managed to escape the flames but the man's mother, an elderly woman was killed. a neighbor who witnessed the inferno says, the elderly woman was

charles harrell jaywalking and drug charges... yes he is still here... after spending part of his day in front of a judge.. a judge who decided to remove herself from the case. video nats it's video that's been viewed more than 7-hundred thousand times on by this man.. who says a cincinnati police him for no reason... even though he wound up in jail after police say the officer smelled burnt marijuana.. and then found it on him. court nats today he got his day in court to argue his side of the story.. but that never happened... will oswall: "your honor at this time, we move for you to recuse yourself. we think there's an appearance of impropriety." judge heather russell says she can't hear this case.. because of a comment made on harrell's facebook page... about saw.

specific video and photos on his facebook page.. of officers inside the courtroom.. which is illegal. harrell's fighting that charge also. will oswall: "they got to prove that he took that photo." meantime... now there will be a new judge to decide harrell's fate for the alleged jaywalking and drug possession. what does cincinnati police say about all of this? they stand behind a statement made by police chief eliot isaac on friday that reads in part... "we take all citizen concerns and complaints seriously. as such, the incident is under investigation by both the internal investigations unit of the cincinnati police department and the citizen complaint authority, which provides a neutral, independent review of the incident. now dot com. a sixth grader from amelia middle school is in police custody right now... accused of threatening to hurt another student! this was the scene at the school earlier today. it all started last night when a parent posted to facebook, claming that she had heard about the threat from her child who's also a student at amelia. after that, union township police made an arrest around midnight... and said the school was never in danger. no word yet on what charges that student could face. and it's been a little more than a week since the madison school shooting that left 4 students injured. now we could be learning more about the alleged shooter. police have executed a search on the home of 14- year old james austin hancock. investigators seized a b-b gun, smartphone, ipad, macbook, and three pocket knives. authorities have not said what role those items play in the investigation. hancock has denied various charges against him including attempted murder. switching gears now... xavier is on their way to new york

every single poll have me winning. big leads, i like that. but this challenge, he might want to rethink. donald trump, r presidential candidate i would love to be able to take on ted one on one. that's because, while a new national abc news/washington post poll shows trump leading by nine points over his closest competitor ted cruz, that lead disappears if the field narrows to just two. cruz would easily trounce trump, one-on-one, 54 to 41-percent, according to the poll. as would marco rubio, 51 to 45-percent. those numbers released ahead of four republican contests today, where donald trump is expecting more wins. david gergen, cnn senior political analyst i think he's likely to get a boost today in michigan and mississippi. he's going to be hard to stop. hawaii, idaho and mississippi all vote tuesday but the biggest delegate prize is michigan, where ohio governor john kasich hopes to gain momentum ahead of the primary in his state next week. florida also votes on march 15, and polls show senator marco rubio trails trump in his home state but rubio just got some high-profile help. mitt romney i'm calling on behalf of marco rubio for president. former republican
