involving the shooting of a key leader of occupation of oregan national wildlife our jessica brown has the latest. fbi agents are now under investigatino for misconduct following the shooting death of a key leader of the occupation of an oregan national wildlife. the agents are accused of not discoling they fired two shots that missed robert "lavoy" finicum. oregon law enforcement officials say that two oregon state troopers were justified in shooting finicum back in january because he failed to listen to their commands to surrender and repeatedly reached for his weapon. by three rounds fired by state troopers after he truck. the troopers also shot three rounds into was barreling towards them, but officials also said that fbi agents who were on the scene failed to say that as finicum was getting out of his truck, they themselves fired two rounds, neither of which hit him. a shocking scene caught on camera in louisville....

result in an empty bank account. dusty rhodes says skimming devices have recently started popping up at stations all over the tristate. his office is aware and trying to stay ahead, but he says the thieves work quick to install the devices- and steal customers' credit card information. "what they do is open the pump up and slip the thing in and they blue tooth it to a phone they can pick up a couple of blocks away, sit there and take the information, or they can come back and get the information...there's two ways of doing it" rhodes is asking stations to use unique keys on each pump, and also place tape over the boxes so it's more easily noticable if tampered with. police in minnesota have a similar plan to stop theives from installing skimming devices... they're placing bright yellow stickers and red tape on gas pumps. once the stickers are in place, the gas stations just need to check the pumps each day to make sure they're still intact. officers say it's cheap, low maintenance and has a huge effect for saving
