new this morning new this morning... police are investigating after a shooting in over- the-rhine leaves one man dead... kara dblbx our jordan vilines is live with what we know right now... live cincinnati police tell us the shooting happened just before 10 last night at the intersection of vine and greene. we're told there were two people involved in some type of confrontation which led up to the shooting of 31- year-old james mixon. first responders immediately located the victim when they arrived on scene but despite efforts, the victim succumbed to his injuries. police say at this time, they have one who they're in the questioning. the person who they're talking to but they're hoping to learn more information from the person of interest regarding the details of the shooting. "it's too early to say. at this time we need to look at all the factors and take into consideration the
