police say a man is dead following some sort of confrontation on a sidewalk in over- the-rhine... rob dblbx our jordan vilines is live with the very latest on the investigation. live cincinnati police tell us the shooting happened just before 10 last night at the intersection of vine and greene. vo we're told there were two people involved in some type of confrontation which led up to the shooting of 31- year-old james mixon. first responders immediately located the victim when they arrived on scene but despite resusitation efforts, the victim succumbed to his injuries. police say at this time, they have one person in custody who they're in the process of questioning. the person who they're talking to has not been named but they're hoping to learn more information from

also new this morning... a grand jury has indicted an avondale man for a crash that killed two teenage brothers. this is video from december, showing the scene in roselawn. police say the driver lost control and hit a tree... killing anthony craddock and djohnte wilson. two other teens were hurt. 19-year-old terrence cook is now facing several charges, including aggravated vehicular homicide. his role in the crash in not clear. in a december news release from cincinnati police, cook was not listed as a driver or passenger in the car. issued for cook's arrest. marquette tonight quarterfinals... that's set for 7 p-m. and a big honor for named national coach of the year, u-s basketball james farr: "i think people are finally realizing how good of a program xavier is. you know it's not like xavier has been a losing program at all. xavier has been a winning program for 20 years.
