police investigation with this video showing his arrest for jaywalking in over the rhine last month... is out of jail and telling his side of the story. fox19 now's mike schell is live at the hamilton county jail... mike, you spoke with him several times right? he was a little reluctant at first tricia... but yes, after he was released from the hamilton county justice center today, he told us his version of what happened in that video that was caught on camera.. charles harrell made a court appearance today and he was in no mood to talk. 4charles "ya'll please get the cameras out of my face please." harrell faces several charges including drug possession and jaywalking from this incident which happened feb 6th in over-the-rhine... but was posted on harrell's facebook page on march first. but he was in court this morning for allegedly taking pictures of police officers inside a

intro: day on campus leaders say that may have been much different had the reported the threat, this time toward three rivers local schools. rick jones chief of police "the threat was verbal in nature about an act in school." cleves police say, wednesday afternoon, a 13- year-old male student made the threat in public, among fellow rick jones chief of police "as soon as they got away from him and got to a place where there were adults, they told them and the adults made law enforcement aware and in a rapid manor, we were able to take care of it." cleves police chief rick jones says they arrested the student shortly after 10 last night and charged him with "inducing panic" a second degree felony. following the arrest, the school district notified parents. lisa whiteley three rivers local school district "we used facebook, our website and the district app that alerts people through text message." but some three rivers parents say they weren't
