a judge could make a decision today... on a lawsuit over teen voting rights in ohio. nine 17-year-olds sued secretary of state jon husted, saying he is refusing to allow them to vote in next week's primaries. husted says election law always prevented qualified 17 year olds from voting in presidential primaries, since they are actually electing delegates, and not just nominating someone.
