motorcycle crash that left one man dead. it happened here on houston road near ted bushelman boulevard just before 4-thirty this morning. police say 27-year old jonathan fogle swerved to avoid a deer in the road... causing him to crash. he was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead. investigators say fogle was not wearing a helmet. and cincinnati police are also investigating a fatal late night crash in northside. police say 53-year old cheryl asher was driving north on hamilton avenue in northside around 11-thirty last night when she crossed the center line hitting another car. asher was transported to u-c medical center where she died of her injuries. the other driver was not hurt. at this time no cause has been released. two roommates are now facing charges tonight after a major fight in over the rhine last night!

outside the mixx ultra lounge on main street. police say the two men were fighting, when one of them went through the window! both suffered minor injuries... and and criminal damaging charges. well it was all things irish downtown for the annual saint patricks day parade.
