school principal is morning.... after school paper of topless people a cnn reporter says the students feel like they did the right thing. missoula public school administrators yanked willard high school's student january edition pictures of topless people on the cover and inside. published an article called "free primarily about breastfeeding. officials would not go on camera thursday, but a they are recalling the copies of the newspapers and investigating how there. the two adults who supervise the paper principal and an journalism the image above is a censored version newspaper. it shows topless hands, their nipples covered by stickers. inside the uncensored -- topless photo. last year, precincts in hamilton county had to stay open late after a number of issues. but officials say this time, everything should run smoothly... our jordan vilines is downtown at the board of elections with more on voting preparations in hamilton county alone, there are about 550,000 registered voters so as you can imagine, it is quite an undertaking for officials here at

elections as they prepare for such a large voter turnout. all hands will be on deck when the polls open here at 6:30 this morning, sherry poland with the board of elections tells us there will be 50 people manning help center phones. add to that...116 troubleshooters in the field visiting pulling locations, working hands on they're working to ensure that no issues arise this time as they did with e-poll books during last november's election. officials also say they have 2300 precinct officials trained as well as about 27,000 poll workers...which is more than enough workers to cover all of the counties busiest precincts. again, officials hope the technical issues they faced with the e pole books in november won't occur this time around because they haven't replaced the faulty glitch that they say cause most of those problems. reporting live jordan vilines fox 19 now continuing

chopped cup of milk or cream cup butter, melted salt and pepper 1. place potatoes in saucepan and cover with water. bring to a boil and boil for 15-20 minutes. 2. if using bacon, cook in skillet until evenly brown and crispy. crumble and set aside. cook cabbage or kale and onion in bacon drippings or other oil/butter, if not using bacon until soft and translucent. 3. drain cooked potatoes and let

4. mash potatoes then add salt and pepper to taste. 5. fold in bacon, onion, and cabbage or kale. and combine. parsley or chives. scotch eggs 4 hard-boiled eggs 2 eggs 1 lb ground pork 1 t dried thyme 1 t dried parsley t dried marjoram t dried basil t dried rosemary t dried sage 1/8 t salt t black pepper cup all-purpose flour 1 cups breadcrumbs t garlic powder 1 t onion powder t dried oregano salt t black pepper t paprika oil for deep frying canola or vegetable 1. place ground pork in large bowl and add the thyme, parsley, marjoram, basil, rosemary, sage, 1/8 t salt and t black pepper. mix to combine and divide meat into four equal quarters. 2. pour vegetable or canola oil into a deep fryer or large heavy skillet to a level of 3 inches. never fill pan more than halfway with oil, however. heat oil to 350 degrees as your prepare remaining ingredients. 3. for dredging ingredients, add flour to a flat bowl. whisk two uncooked eggs into a separate bowl. season the bread crumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, t salt, t black pepper, and paprika in a flat bowl. 4. place one quarter of the

place a hard boiled egg in the center and wrap the meat completely around the egg. repeat with each portion of sausage and meat. 5. to prepare the scotch eggs for deep frying, dredge the meat-wrapped egg through flour, dipp into egg wash, and then roll through breadcrumbs. 6. lower bread- crumbed eggs into the oil two at a time. fry for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown and crisp. remove with slotted metal spoon and lay on paper towels to cool and remove excells oil. 7. serve hot or cold. esther dunne's potato cakes lb potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces 3 t butter 2t warm milk 1 t dried mixed herbs tarragon, thyme, marjoram 2 t dried parsley t ground nutmeg salt and pepper, to taste 1 slice irish traditional bacon, finely chopped 2 leaves cabbage, finely chopped flour, for dredging 2 eggs, for wash cup bread crumbs, for dredging 2 t oil for deep frying, canola or vegetable cup whole berry cranberry sauce, warmed mixed greens 1. cover potatoes in saucepan with salt water and bring to boil. cook for 12-15 minutes. 2. drain and mash potatoes, then return to low heat to evaporate 2-3 minutes . 3. remove potatoes from heat, add butter and milk and stir until smooth. 4. stir in mixed herbs, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. allow potatoes to cool slightly. 5. while cooking, cook bacon until crisp in small fry pan over medium heat. stir in cabbage and cook until wilted, about 4 or 5 minute. add this to the potato mix and blend well. 6. shape potato mixture into 4 evenly sized cakes. 7. lightly dredge potatoes through flour, then through egg wash, then bread crumbs. 8. place oil in large frying pan over medium high heat. when oil is hot, add the cakes and cook on each side until browned, about 3-5 minutes. 9. optional drizzle cakes with warmed cranberry sauce and garnish
