dollar video, i admit i ran that stop sign." this video posted to michael dalton's facebook begged the question of whether running a stop sign is still illegal even if no one sees you. liebrand says: "if you're posting stuff on facebook or any social media for that matter, that's illegal, don't expect something not to happen. if it's there and if it's a crime that happened within our jurisdiction and we can show that then absolutely we'll follow up with it." dalton ran a total of four stop signs and he claims he did so unintentionally despite the fact he purposely posted the video of himself running a stop sign. dalton says: "did i do this on purpose? no. do i have an end game in mind? absolutely. but i'm trying to figure that game out, that's the social media game, that's the viral video game." the video quickly came to the attention of the woodland park police department who charged dalton with a $60 dollar ticket for reckless driving and failing to stop liebrand says: we pursue it, it's a safety issue. it's something that we saw that wasn't being safe and we

breaking news we've been following for you overnight... the combs-hehl bridge is back open, after a 12-car accident forced a vehicle into the water... officials confirmed crews found the vehicle at the bottom of the ohio river... a dive team was sent in overnight, to determine whether any bodies were inside the car. our jordan vilines joins us live near the bridge with the latest on this breaking news story. live at this time, authorities have

anything or anyone has been found in the vehicle. that vehicle was found about 4 hours after the crash occurred and water rescue teams were working overnight, trying to determine whether any bodies were inside of the car. vo officials say the car fell from the combs-hehl bridge around 4:45 p.m. following a 12- vehicle crash in the eastbound lanes. sonar imaging located the car at the bottom of the river about four hours after the pileup. crews will attempt to identify whether victims are inside the vehicle before removing it from the water, according to campbell county police chief craig sorrell. sorrell said four separate accidents happened on the bridge, starting a chain reaction as other cars tried to slow down and navigate through. the vehicle was about halfway across the bridge when it was involved in another crash, fell over the side and plunged into the river below. live we had a little rain this morning... but the rest of the day

patricks day ? janet milner of the kenton co library... with march right around the corner, it can mean only one thing: st. patrick's day is almost here! and that means it's time to get out the rainbows! i'm always on the look-out for easy, fun crafts that we can do as a family, but most of the craft supplies out there were definitely not designed with preschoolers in mind! that's why i'm excited to share this craft today, featuring the all- new elmer's early learners glue stick and glue pen. rainbow preschool craft supplies: construction paper cotton balls elmer's early learners glue stick or glue pen directions: cut the rainbow colors into one- inch strips across the width of the construction paper. fold the edges of each strip up to create tabs. using

winner-take-all primary here in ohio... he's now among three remaining g-o-p presidential hopefuls. governor kasich beat trump with 47 % with trump in second at 36%. senator ted cruz followed with 13% of the vote and senator marco rubio came in last with 3%. governor kasich's win in ohio is seen as critical in the republican party to possibly stop trump for the nomination. kasich says after this win he believes he'll gain momentum moving forward.
