"i think as a father and a grandfather first what that i can't imagine what could have done. to deserve something like that it affects us personally. it affects the officers." neighbors who know the mother

went in river it's a story that leaves you heartsick. and i just witnessed a car being hit and it went into the ohio river late today, authorties released some of the 911 calls yes sir yes sir its been underwater for minutes and i don't see anyone as of now, no dive teams are going in till at least sunday or monday. the reason, rising water levels and the strong currents. we spoke with craig springer, a professional diver. he told us the way the river is now the divers won't be able to hold their position in the water and the visibilty is next to nothing. with all the silt and mud in the river you cant see your hand in front of your face so imagine trying to recover when you can't see what's coming at you. he said for example if the windows were open on the vehicle it's possible the divers could get trapped. but there are also other hidden
