following all night...and this morning... a franklin woman is now behind bars...accused of a disturbing crime... jordan vilines is live at the warren county jail with the newest details... vo new this morning... disturbing details in the death of a four-year-old franklin boy. police say austin cooper was found not breathing wednesday morning.. he was taken from a home on boulder drive, to atrium medical center, where he was pronounced dead. his stepmother, anna ritchie, is charged with child endangering. investigators tell fox19, ritchie put the boy's legs in scalding hot water as a punishment the night before his death. i think as a father and a grandfather first what goes through my mind is that i can't imagine what a four year old child could have done. to deserve something like that it affects us personally. it affects the officers live new this morning... police in hamilton
