level. reporting live from fort thomas, mike schell...fox19 now... right now a franklin step- mother is in jail on new, upgraded charges.. after police say she scalded her 4-year old step-son.. as punishment. anna ritchie was arraigned by video today in franklin municipal court. her bond remains at 350-thousand dollars.. but she is now charged with child endangerment.. for allegedly dipping austin cooper's legs into boiling, hot water tuesday night. cooper's father called 9-1-1 after finding the boy unresponsive in his bed the next morning. cooper's grandmother was very emotional when we asked her what she thinks should happen to ritchie. "she should get life in prison. death row. don't put a needle in her arm. just put her to should never be allowed to walk the streets again. and because she's an evil, evil monster. no 4-year wrong to be punished

charges for what allegedly happened tuesday night. a mother has admitted to watching her boyfriend beat her daughter before its death back in december. 23-year old rebekah kinner entered a guilty plea in hamilton today to involuntary manslaughter in connection with the death of 2-year old kinsley. rebekah's boyfriend, 27-year old bradley young is accused of beating the 2-year old so badly she had no brain activity and was on a ventilator before her death. now now... police just released new information on how they were able indict a man in connection with the shots that were fired at great american tower busting out these windows. turns out technology played a critical role. fox19 now's robert guaderrama explains. intro: police would not say if rayshawn herald shot the bullets that hit the great american tower but they do confirm the gun

that man is 44- year- old tracy martin -- we were there for his first court appearance. police say martin was under the influence when he crashed his car in sycamore township last august... causing a chain reaction that sent several people to the hospital, some of them seriously injured. one of those victims... elizabeth sexton.

killed 5 horses. the fire broke out at a barn on kyles station road in liberty township just after 6:30 this morning. according to the fire chief paul stumpf no people were hurt. the barn is a complete loss. the fire shut down kyles station road for several hours but is now reopen water bottles are piling up before getting trucked to flint, michigan. the butler county united way has joined forces with the m.a. folkes company and the mayor of hamilton to provide clean water to the people of flint. if you would like to help, you can drop off water to the butler county united way or m.a. folkes company on mcbride court. they're taking water till the end of the month, monday through friday from 9 to 5. we're just a few hours away from both xavier and u-c kicking off their march madness runs! our sports guys --- joe danneman and jeremy rauch join
