following up on a breaking story we had for you yesterday... 35-year old cory lippmeier has been charged...and will face a judge today on aggravated vehicular homicide charges. police say he was speeding...and was impaired...when he rear-ended 41-year old scott petredis on the combs hehl bridge late sunday night... petredis died from his injuries. we'll have to wait a couple more days before divers can begin recovering the car that crashed off the same bridge...one week ago. rescue crews say the current is slowing down...but it's still too strong to send divers down. the car was forced into the water following a 12-vehicle crash on i-275... police have not released the name of who they believe could be in the car...but have said that a concerned family has come forward. french president francoise holland: "terrorists struck
