a lexington, kentucky family is on edge... still unable to reach loved ones this morning.... who were at the brussels airport around the time of the attack. stephanie shults graduated from transylvania university... she and her husband justin have been living in belgium. the pair had just dropped off stephanie's mother at the airport when the blasts occurred. stephanie's aunt says her sister is fine... but they still cannot reach stephanie or justin. "we don't know for sure if my niece and her husband had been able to get out of the airport or if they were still in the airport at that point. but all they can really do is go from hospital to hospital looking at the list of people that have been identified as injured. we do know they're not on

tax dollars are protected. cincinnati city manager harry black told city council last night in a report that "the city has been potentially placed at risk, financially." vo this comes after black ordered an investigation to be done into the city park bord spending. turns out the city park board used agreements for building repairs and maintenance to construct much of smale riverfront is...that violates city law and could cost taxpayers if the work doesnt hold up over time...because the project was not competitively bid on more than 80 million dollars in construction work and contractors were not bonded. at this point the city manager says he can't tell which contractor performed what work at this park-- live now city hall has ordered an audit of the city park board's spending--that audit should be finished in may. our team has reached out to the mayor for an interview and have not got a response..we'll be at city hall today to track down the people responsible for this report and for the problems with the project. idol and a reminder

terror attacks in belgium. at least 34 people were killed at brussels' international airport and a subway station. our robert guaderrama has the latest on the search for one of the people believed to be responsible. good morning, belgian authorities have just released the name of the man they are looking for who's believed to have planted a bomb at the airport, then fled the scene. vo police say this is najim laachraoui, who remains on the run this morning. and listen to this, he is also suspected of building bombs used in the paris attacks. the two suspected suicide bombers you see here have been identified as brothers khalid and brahim el bakraoui. this surveillance photo of the three men was released yesterday and police quickly received a tip from a taxi driver who said he drove the men to the airport. the driver, gave police the address where he picked the men up. a police raid of that home discovered a nail bomb, chemical products and an isis flag.
