the city cincinnati officials have a lot of questions regarding money spent to build smale riverfront park. the question this morning... could the park's construction, be putting cincinnati at financial risk? our jessica brown is live to explain. dblbx live the major problem is that the city spent 120 million of your tax dollars here on the park but the city cant say whether your tax dollars are protected. cincinnati city manager harry black told city council last night in a report that "the city has been potentially placed at risk, financially." this comes after black ordered an investigation to be done into the city park bord spending. turns out the city park board used
