look at all this rain fall that will be moving in tonight. it will be a soggy night. looking at the storm reports, these are all severe weather reports, from flooding to ice to snow to even winds damage reports. looking to the west here, so far, so good in georgia. that is were the heaviest rain is. not seeing severe weather being a threat out of this, but flooding is possible with as much rain as we have had. let's get you in closer. showers moving into the north carolina mountains. the rain is moving into oconee county, pickens county, back towards raybun county. heavy rainfall on the way for clayton and bryson city. a soggy night on the way. we have a flood watch until thursday at 7:00 a.m.. a short rate tomorrow before more rain moves in on wednesday. the future plus shows, heavy rainfall tonight picking up by 10:30.

safe. mandy? mandy: safe kids upstate says, use common sense. all the safety measures you use for a skateboard or bike, use with a hoverboard, as well. from falls to fires, concerns over hoverboards, catching the attention of the consumer product safety commission. the federal agency now investigating hoverboard complaints across the country. in a statement, its chairman, elliott kaye, saying in part, "i have directed agency staff to work non-stop to find the root cause of the fire hazard, how much of a risk it might present, and to provide consumers with answers as soon as possible." the cpsc recommends not buying a hoverboard from a place that's not permanently there, like a mall kiosk, or from a website that doesn't provide info about who's selling the product, and how that company can be contacted if there's a problem. the organization also says to let the device cool before

looked like clemson, they were saying they are clemson, but we are oklahoma. >> they are a good defense, but they have areas where we can expose and, i'm not going to say anything in particular on camera, because i want -- i don't want to be disrespectful. but there are areas. we have to make sure we expose them. marc: we heard one message from the oklahoma offense and a different message from the clemson defense. they seem to understand that the team they saw in the russell athletic bowl is a different team. brad: this is a different offense. it is a new system that lincoln riley brought to oklahoma. baker mayfield was not there. i think you are right, i think oklahoma is a little angry about last year.

gabrielle: if you use sprint or verizon, you could have money coming your way. you have until this thursday to claim refunds for authorized third -- unauthorized third-party texts. charges for those texts, for things like sports scores, were then allegedly buried in bills. the activity is known as "cramming." both wireless carriers agreed to pay $158 million to customers to settle claims with the government. current and former subscribers who paid for unauthorized texts beginning july 1st, 2010, can file a request on the companies' refund websites. nigel: if you're still enjoying that real christmas tree in your house 'til the new year, don't let it dry out. fire officials say it will become a fire hazard.

this is the same system that was towards texas, giving them severe weather and blizzard conditions. a very strong low-pressure system has the cold air on the north side, the warm air on the south side. look at this line of storms about to move into atlanta. that will do a number two traffic. a tornado watch from southern alabama down towards the panhandle of florida, -- from powell -- panama city to tallahassee. here at home, heavy rainfall moving into the area. it will be a very soggy night. getting in a little bit closer, scattered showers showing up. the heaviest rain is on the way. back towards the west, you can see from franklin all the way to clayton and rabun county, the heaviest showers are pushing up
