people are without power in greenville county. wyff news 4's aly myles joins is here in the studio with the latest on the damage and destruction from all of the rain. aly: flooding power outages and multiple rescues. it all happened overnight, and with more rain on the way, the threat isn't over yet. barricades will remain up in asheville after heavy flooding. firefighters had to save a family in a minivan after swannanoa river road flooded. they were able to throw the family life jackets and help them to safety. it wasn't the only road there to flood. sweeten creek road, part of lyman street, and dupree circle among others also flooded. a mobile home park also flooded. we saw a man saved by a votboat. >> they came out and got me out on a raft boat. the great jacket on me and cut me right out. aly: kelley klope with asheville fire department says they'll

even though the water has receded in asheville, more issues are expected with the coming rain. she asks folks to respect those barricades if they see them. mike: we're also seeing flooding in the upstate. this is sky 4 video from just a short time ago as it flew over caroland farms in landrum. they tell us the water is about three feet deep in some places. their biggest concern is their cattle. they've been moving the animals to higher ground and making su gates are open so the cows move to higher ground on their own if need be. there's also a concern about the equipment. the farm tells us there's not much they can do about the crop fields or the barns at this point. we're also told that part of highway 14 is closed and that water levels have been rising steadily. let's take a look outside an woodruff road sky cam in hour greenville and our asheville sky cam. doesn't seem too bad after the morning we had.
