jaquan williams says he was slammed to the ground while in handcuffs. he was under arrest on a charge of possesion of marijuana. he was the passenger of a car pulled over because of an expired tag. according to the police report, williams refused orders to sit down and was cursing at the officer. the report says williams also pushed the officer. police say williams was then taken to the ground. williams says the actions of the officer were wrong and he now needs dental work. they do plan to release the dash cam video. geoff: outside of atlanta, another person has been charged following that hostage situation involving a woman and 11 children. police say 21-year-old diamond williams placed a 911 call claiming to be another woman and alleging domestic assault. she is charged with false report of a crime. detectives say she made the call after an argument with korrie thomas. he was found critically injured after police say he stopped himself with a knife. police say williams was not the woman held with the children ranging from 3 months to 17-years-old.

after she says to upper horses were shot and killed near her home. the first horse was found on christmas eve near a barn at curt fowlers quarter horses in piedmomo. we're told the second horse was killed on sunday. one of the owners believes the person responsible used a 22 caliber weapon to kill the animals. the company is working to collect money for anyone who gives information leading to an arrest. allyson: a man stole an ambulance with a paramedic inside. a paramedic was in the back of the ambulance when a different patient popped into the front seat and took off. met short says the paramedic was able to gain control and parked grounds. they have charged 47-year-old lenny where in the case. taking a look at the roads, i-85
