patrick: they are looking to springboard their candidate, but to register first, and for democrats in south carolthe deadline is midnight tonight, but voter turnout could be hit or miss. >> we have got the primary election coming up, are you guys aware of that? >> yes, yes. but i do not vote in the primary. patrick: today, we talked about voter turnout. conway has been working as an election official in greenville county for 24 years. >> dissipation as a whole seems to be suffering. patrick: only 2.9% of registered them aquatic voters actually vote in the primary, impaired to 17% of republicans.
