since the iowa caucuses. in a new poll from our sister station wmur, he's up seven points among likely voters in the new hampshire primary, taking hold of second place. donald trump remains in the lead, holding at 29%. ted cruz, john kasich, and jeb bush have all seen small bumps. michael: the republican candidates meet for their final debate before the new hampshire votes on saturday night. donald trump, senators ted cruz and marco rubio, dr. ben carson, former governor jeb bush, and governors chris christie and john kasich. all will be on the stage. carly fiorina and former governor jim gilmore did not meet the criteria for this debate. carol: with the super bowl three days away, celebrities are joining in on the fun including , the man who sang the song, "drop it like it's hot." michael: remember that one? today, he picked up a microphone, and snoop dogg became a reporter. sports director brad fralick is live in santa clara. brad, did anybody see this coming?

here with my friends, and have fun and shop arounun really cool. carol: inside these boxes are panthers superbowl championship t-shirts, ready to be sold if they win. michael: of course, digging the hats, gentlemen. in spartanburg, panthers fans got the chance to strike a pose to show their support for the cap. -- the cats. the city of spartanburg organized a group photo on morgan square this morning. people showed up wearing their team gear. the group cheered on the team, and posed for several pictures. at wofford college, home of panthers' training camp, students, staff, and alumni gathered on the steps of the main building. more photographs were taken. they held up signs and banners, and showed their pride. >> it's really exciting to see all the support that our school is giving to the panthers, especially after the panthers provide so much for us as a school, in really putting us on the map. michael: fans said, being with each other for these photos was the next best thing to being in california for the big game. the plan is to share all the pictures with the panthers.

martin, says the zach hammond case inspired it. currently, if a family or news organization asks for the dashcam video and is denied, the only option for them is to sue. martin says suing is not a realistic option for many people. for now, a judiciary panel postponed voting on the bill. carol: to anderson county. 4 people stand accused of a double murder. deputies have arrested wesley malmister, tabitha roberts, brandon davis, and randall simpson. deputies say justin williams and carey waddell were killed during an attempted armed robbery. deputies responded to pierce and amy road in iva last month. all four face a slew of charges that include two counts of murder michael: the irs has stopped accepting electronically-filed tax returns. the agency says a hardware failure forcededhe shutdown of several tax processing systems, including e-filing. the services are expected to be down for at least a day. the irs still expects nine out of ten taxpayers to get their refunds within three weeks. the irs says people who have already filed returns don't need to do anything more. carol: next month, cvs will

in itstsharmacies in ohio. it's the first of 20 states where cvs will start selling narcan this year. cvs already sells it in 15 other states, including south carolina. narcan is a nasal spray used to reverse the effects of opioids in the event of overdose. it is not a prescription drug, but cvs says it does not display it on store shelves. customers have to ask the pharmacist for it. michael: today, embattled drug entrepreneur martin shkreli went to congressional hearings on capitol hill and did not testify. he pleaded the fifth instead. you may remember last year, he , was dubbed "the most hated man in america." he bought rights to the drug daraprim. he then raised the price from $13.50 to $750 a pill. shkreli appeared before the house committee on oversight and government reform to discuss his actions. upstate congressman trey gowdy tried to get shkreli to waive his fifth amendment. listen. >> i just want to make sure that
