i can't -- >> really? how would the principal feel if somebody from the parish came out there and pulled her up investigation for committing fraud, in front of the students. >> wow. >> threatening and nasty. >> and illegal. >> the person who got the call is a teacher at a school. obviously, they're telling the secretary, the person at the front office, we're going to pull her out of class. they cannot call you at work if your employer forbids it. if your employer doesn't allow calls, send the debt collector a of that. tell them on the phone, you are not allowed to call me at work. >> what happens? you get the aggressive calls. what do you do? >> number one, ask for written notice about your debt. send me a letter in the mail. let tell me exactly what i owe. i want the exact details about that. number two, you want to send them a certified letter saying, i'm being harassed, threatened and i want it to stop.
