away last week. now, the bonding company that put up the bail money has two teams of bounty hunters looking for the suspect. wyff news 4's tim waller is here with the story. tim: michael, the suspect is 24-year-old bradford hester williams. greenville county deputies consider him armed and dangerous. williams is accused of killing two men in the parking lot of bugatti grand nightclub on thanksgiving morning in 2014. williams was arrested and jailed on the charges, but court records show, a month and half after his arrest, circuit court judge edward w. miller granted williams a $200,000 bond. he was ordered to wear a gps monitoring bracelet like this one, which deputies say he removed last thursday when he escaped. today, a spokesman for the bonding company, which will be out $200,000 if williams isn't captured, said he thought, with a double murder charge, there would have been no bond. he said they've dispatched two teams of bounty hunters to help track down williams, adding the suspect's family is distraught,

williams on the phone to get him to turn himself in. today, we contacted the office of judge edward miller to see why he agreed to set bail for williams, but our call was not returned. ultimately, williams' family, who signed the bond, could be responsible for the entire $200,000 if williams isn't captured by his court appearance on april 1st. carol? carol: thanks, tim. a community is turning to prayer for a five-year-old girl, after a fire ripped through her home. wyff news 4's mandy gaither is live and local in honea path, with more. mandy? mandy: the little girl found inside this home is still in critical condition. the family will know more after tests are done tomorrow. >> big orange ball. mandy: when chris jarrard looked out his window, he could see flames covering the back of his neighbor's home on green street. he told 911 dispatchers he could see some of the family rush out.

screaming, and about that time is when there was an explosion inside the house, and i seen that person go back out. mandy: jarrard could hear people calling for sophia. this 5-year-old girl was later found between the wall and a couch, taken to the augusta burn unit. >> it's heartbreaking and unexplainable. mandy: hours before the fire, sophia was across the street at her family's church, playing a game. she was often there, and at the pastor's house next door, playing with their children. >> she was a fun-loving, smart, beautiful little girl, who loved life, laughter. a joy to be around. mandy: krista overby is the wife of the pastor at first assembly of god honea path. she says the family needs donations, and prayers. >> kind of feeling just a little numb. just kind of trying to take it all in. it comes in waves. mandy: investigators went through the charred remains of the home on monday. the cause of the fire, still

sophia is the youngest of five. anyone interested in making donations for the family can do that here at their church on green street, or at the pastor's house right next-door. mandy gaither, wyff news 4, live in honea path. michael: the union county school district says a teacher has resigned. this, after a student spread a nude picture of her. the district says leigh anne arthur taught at union county high, and that a student took arthur's phone and took a photo of a nude picture on that phone. the district says the student sent out that picture through texts and social media. the district tells us arthur was in the wrong, because her phone was unlocked, making the picture available to students. the union county sheriff's office is investigating, and will determine whether the student is charged. carol: what began with a controversial poem containing a vulgar word, has led to an online battle to get an upstate teacher his job back. wyff news 4's myra ruiz has more on what led to the so-called

myra: easley high school students say they're not sure how much of a difference it will make, but they're really hoping that that online petition will get gregory fish back on the job. >> i wouldn't be here talking to the news about any sort of issue if he hadn't made an impact. i wouldn't be standing out for anything if it hadn't been for mr. fish. i wouldn't have that courage inside of me. myra: mr. fish's students are speaking out in his defense, after complaints about a poem he shared during an advanced placement english lit class at the starving artist cafe. >> i've seen that it's been said that it's about an older man and younger woman, and that's clearly not the case in the poem, so it did not affect me as these parents are describing it should affect their children. myra: but the poem used the f-word, as a verb, which led to complaints from some students and parents. the pickens county school district said mr. fish has resigned. mr. fish declined to comment about what happened, but his supporters are speaking for him through the fight for fish online petition.

that we all support him and we will always fight for him. myra: students have canceled a sit in planned on tuesday at the request of mr. fish's wife. myra ruiz, wyff, news 4, pickens county. michael: in greenville county, a boy scout, alone in the woods for about 18 hours, is back home safe. crews say he covered up in 12-year-old john quay was separated from his troop during a hike in jones gap state park saturday afternoon. they found him yesterday, on old camp creek road, hungry, cold and had on what close. troop leaders say they teach the boys survival skills at a young age. we're told they use a buddy system while on hikes, and aren't sure how john got separated. carol: a live look now from our lake hartwell skycam, a gorgeous leap day across the carolinas. cessarich has what we can expect tonight. john? john: we will cool down a little bit, but seasonably cool. for now, what a way to start the week.

york judge said the justice department cannot force apple to provide the fbi with access to a locked iphone involved in the brooklyn drug case. this comes after a california magistrate ordered apple to create software to hack this iphone of the san bernardino shooter. carol: donald trump is still having to answer questions after he said he could disavow white supremacist david duke, or the kkk, in an interview on cnn sunday morning. trump's rivals, are bringing it up on the campaign trail. trump maintains he'd already disavowed david duke, and didn't hear the question properly. >> what i heard was various groups, and i don't mind disavowing anybody, and i disavowed david duke, and i disavowed him the day before, at a major news conference, which is surprising, because he was at the major news conference. cnn was at the major news conference, and they heard me very easily disavow david duke. now, i go and i sit down again, i have a lousy earpiece that is

sniffer-doodles, and echo charlie foxtrot. the bloodhounds' handlers chose the winning names from 388 elementary students' entries. the students got to meet the dogs earlier this afternoon. >> one dog kept giving me kisses on the cheek. it was so cute. my favorite part about them was, they are energetic. carol: lillian contributed sniff er-doodles. allyson: this is carson. he's just 12 days old, and these are the first faces he saw, the wade hampton fire department. they helped deliver him. we'll have more on his story, coming up. john: a live shot from paris mountain looking southbound, nice and mild.

carol: firefighters respond to all sorts of calls. crime scenes, fires, animal rescues. michael: for the guys at wade hampton station three, one of their recent calls is one they say they'll never forget. carol: all new at 6:00, wyff news 4's allyson powell has their story. allyson: every time the guys at wade hampton fire station number three load up, and answer a call, they prepare for the worst. february 17th was no different.

brian jones, just had given us a and infant cpr that morning. when we got the call, we were like, lord, please don't let us have to use that. allyson: a scenario they hardly ever see. >> in a firefighter's career, we probably won't see that kind of call, maybe 2-3 times in a career. allyson: the call, an immminent childbirth. julie langston's second child, but the first one born at home with just her husband, drew, two-year-old daughter maggie, and her mom. >> drew called 911 when my water broke in the bathroom, and i told them we were going to have the baby at home. my mom was the one who caught him, and she handed him to me, then she ran into maggie's room, our daughter, our two-year-old, and called her down. >> dispatch walked me through the whole thing. get her to the bedroom trying to help me keep

>> now, wyff news 4 sports. >> it's fun to enter the last week of the regular season and be in the conversation for one f -- one of the top four seeds when you take into consideration where we were at two years ago. brad: pretty wild to think, two-year -- two years ago, the gamecocks finished five and 13 in conference play. they are 23 and six this year. it was a short offseason for the clemson tigers. just 49 days between the final game of the season, the college football playoff championship, and today, day 1 of spring practice. ricardo lecompte is in clemson, with more on day 1 of preperations for 2016. ricardo: clemson's appearance in the national championship last year validated dabo swinney's direction. as the tigers up in their first day of practice, he says his

the tigers have an opportunity to knock off a top 5 team on senior night tomorrow night. clemson will host 4th ranked virginia, and although the tigers' ncaa tournament chances are likely over without an acc tournament championship, a win over number 4 virginia would be an awfully nice way to send out the three seniors at the bon secours wellness arena. they will tip tomorrow night at 7:00 in greenville. what a weekend for the junior college transfer john jones down at south carolina. the switch-hitting catcher reached base in all 14 plate appearances against penn state. he went 8 for 8, with 6 walks. a couple of those were home runs, including a grand slam. arguably the best weekend at the plate in school history. the clemson tigers swept james madison over the weekend, and we continue to see the tigers hang runs on the scoreboard. if you -- they have beat teams 55-10 over the last five games since
