Significant changes were made to the show in its second season. Fred, Velma, and Daphne were dropped from the series and Shaggy, Scooby traveled all over the world on their own. Stories were also reduced to 7-minute segments and played at intervals with segments of mysteries but encountered geniune supernatural beings with Shaggy and Scooby did their best to escape and Scrappy did his best to splat. The tone of the stories was also changed to a typed of silly comedy, where the bad guys sometimes even talked directly to the camera. This format was used throughout the second and third seasons.
In the series' fourth and final season its format was changed again. Segments were not rotated with an unrelated canine cartoon starring Petey the Puppy as part of The Scooby & Scrappy-Doo/Puppy Hour. Stories reverted to the more traditional tone Scooby fans were used to except that, with a few exceptions, the supernatural element was eliminated from the show althougher. Shaggy, Scooby, and Scrappy worked for the Fearless Detective Agency, owned by Shaggy's uncle Fearless Shaggyfurt, on cases that involved ordinary criminals committing common crimes. Shaggy's uncle was never seen, but when he had a case, he would telephone the agency and give the three their assignment. At other times they took cases directly form visiting clients. How Shaggy and Scooby came to work for the agency may have been the biggest mystery, because they remained as cowardly as ever and were never enthusiastic about getting a case.
An additional segment was included in the fourth season that starred Scrappy-Doo and his (other) Uncle Yabba-Doo. Stories took place in the remote Western town of Tumbleweed, where Scrappy and Yabba assisted the town deputy, Dusty, in maintaing law and order.
As was customary with the Scooby-Doo cartoons, before long the show was reformatted and presented under a different title in order to keep things fresh. In 1983 a new series was produced called The New Scooby & Scrappy-Doo Show. Scrappy-Doo was also later featured in The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries (1984) and The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo (1985). Other shows with a and Shaggy and Scooby-Doo Get a Clue! (2005).
Note 01: The last previous set of Scooby-Doo & Scrappy-Doo (1980 TV Series) had the shorts below 480p video image quality with some very old recordings as well. However, I was able to converge them by using the best quality films found in Czech and speed videos up a pinch to match each audio along with episodes. So I used the old recordings to copy and paste English audios into each video with better quality after muting Czech audios.
Note 02 (Update): 😊 A fellow patreon named Randy Miller has just resolved two videos of its features for Season 04! He was able to converge each segment into the best video quality (for 04-04B - Takeout Stakeout and 04-12 - Up a Crazy River) and then connect them together as one. Hurray!!
I have now inserted those two episdoes in full version, so please do download episodes 04-04 & 04-12 at the fullest version along with Season 04 (...and bypass the old segments as I tried to removed them and they didn't work). Also, full credits goes to Randy Miller (7randymiler@gmail.com) for finding the links with Google Drive and converging the videos into the best qualities for those two episdoes as well.
The email link you can contact me is louieseward@gmail.com. Many thanks, and enjoy!

ScoobyNatural is the only one I lack. I DO have it, but it is lacking in quality, so if you can, at your conveniance, put it up here, I'd be one happy camper.
