a man posing as a massage therapist. jose garcia plascencia has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting his clients. he ran a massage parlor out of his home. three women reported to police that plascencia had sexually assaulted them. this isn't the first time a fake massage therapist has been arrested for this type of crime. police say another fake therapist was arrested for similar crimes a few years ago. police also found plasencia did not have a business license or permit to operate from his garage.
