the victim -- a 14-year-old girl. she reported the attack october 23. according to a court charging document, a van similar to this one was on a lot to the rear of the 1500 block of leslie street. the teenager told investigators she was in an unfamiliar area and was lost. she met an unknown black male who offered her a ride. the man also said he had a gun. when she entered the van, she observed two other males who were already inside, then two more men got in the vehicle. the court document indicates the victim was brutally assaulted and suffered serious injuries and that the attack happened behind crosby's home. 11 news has learned that crosby was just released from prison in september after serving a five-year sentence for armed robbery and a handgun violation. he was on probation and was wearing a gps ankle bracelet at the time of the attack to monitor his movements. a spokesman for parole and probation says crosby was compliant and had no violations. crosby remains in jail. he was denied bail yesterday. police are still searching for those other susp
