we do have a little bit of an interesting change right now. thunderstorms and rain showers moving into the bay area. take a look at this. high pressure situated over the four corners region has really amplified. as a result it's kicking up these showers. these are moist, muggy showers not refreshing by any means. right now we see that moisture push into the bay area. i'm going to zoom in for you, do a little storm tracking now, head over to my "weather center." looks like as you head to work, you may be driving through a couple of showers and thunderstorms. let me zoom in for you showing you where the showers are now. take a look at this. action in hayward, oakland, even livermore seeing a little bit of that moisture. very unusual to see monsoonal flow come up this far to the north. this is what we're expecting. as we head through the afternoon, it will feel muggy. true temperature outside, even 6 in livermore, feels more like 70 with added moisture. actually has a weight to it so you can feel it walking through this morning. i know i get a lit

norwood and sanchez will be arraigned a little bit later on this morning. in los angeles. now, these two gentlemen actually have a history of domestic violence and now they're being charged with the beating of bryan stow at that march 31st game. the two gentlemen were arrested on thursday evening and charged on friday with one count each of mayhem, assault to produce great bodily injury and battery. and the documents that were released in court last week paint a pretty grewsome picture of what officials say they did to stow. they claim stow had his tongue cut, and eye put out and slit to the nose, ear and lip. stow has been making some strides toward recovery over the past couple of months, when unfortunately he had a set-back just last week, and had to have an emergency surgery. but since then, stow's sister says he is actually showing some signs of progress. >> his kids came up there. with their mother. and he had reached out, reached his hand to touch their hands. so it has been pretty amazing. >> now, prior to sanchez and norwood's arrest, giovanni ramirez had been the

everything settling a little bit. doesn't have to be settling a lot but if it settles a quarter of an inch over 10 years, part of it is going to settle more than another part and the inherent materials actually have different properties that allow them to shrink and swell. for example, a wood building when it gets humid shrinks and swells. here's an interesting building. it has three different construction types, materials on its finish. it's got this brick -- what do they call that? clinker brick? is that what it's called? yeah, clinker brick, where it's sticking out. when i was young i used to climb on buildings to practice my rock climbing skills. clinker brick buildings. and then above it we have, i think that's shingles and then above that we have a wood siding. so three different types of material makes it a little more challenging even to maintain this building. and we're talking about painting. you've got to maintain your building and paint it. here's a building that is painted up to the height of their ladder,
