the track has lifted a little bit to the north. mostly cloudy today. emperatures already in the 50s. patchy fog. i think that will be a huge issue end of the week. there might be a little bit today. you need clear skies and we're not getting that. light rain up toward mendocino county or lake county as well. see a couple bans near ukiah. this is very weak. this is a system that is on its way. but not for another 36 hours. there is a lot of rain up to the north. we have to wait until tuesday night and wednesday. when this goes through and the pattern changes. so clouds and sun. mostly cloudy. could be very light rain to the north. but again this system rain picks up a little bit. but again it's not going to be -- we will fine tune this on tuesday night. there was really impressive totals. clouds, sun, mild. maybe mostly cloudy in the north. a little cooler up there. 60s on the temps. extended outlook has one more look. after that it's gone. thursday looks good. maybe a little bit of patchy fog. overall i think we have to wait until friday for that to kic

friday night we start to get a little bit of a break. we'll dry out. for the most part saturday looks good. we'll get another little wave of moisture saturday morning. then overnight sunday, the next most potent system arrives. this one will pack a real punch because at this point we're going to have potentially 3 inches of rain on the ground in parts of the bay area. if this does tap into that subtropical moisture, we could double those totals, potentially pick upwards of 7 to 10 inches in parts of the north bay. 65 in livermore, 64 in fremont and 65 in redwood city. yesterday's storm system was more of a wind event. the next one is going to be more of a rain event so get ready for that. as i widen out, you can see we are just seeing those storm systems line up out there in the pacific. so three-day forecast looks like this. sunday a.m. rain and then monday the sun comes out at least for a couple days. by wednesday we're talking more rain chances so keep that umbrella out. we'll time these systems out for you and let you know as things change throughou
