a.c. transit. we did one walk through a couple days ago and by tomorrow there will be a tremendous amount of cleanup and a final push to have all the bays completely done, and then next week, a.c. transit will be running a few buses during midweek and then they have a very large bus run on the 21st to finalize all the striping. there will be about 17 or 18 buses to test out all the parking. once a test out how the parking works, we will strike it accordingly. that will be that. the next item to track on the best storage is the third street signal. third street signal, which really affects munimobile and not a.c. transit is out our third street. that will be beyond into august, but it doesn't affect operations at this point. there are workarounds for all of that for the munimobile buses that will be utilizing that particular ingress and egress. labor statistics, as a note in my previous report, there were no recordable's and no lost time. we are almost at 5.4 million draft hours on the project. so w

a.c. transit will bring in people and take them away from the terminal.if you have information about your projected prework, postwork, load in your facility, it could have some impact on when we want to get busses in there, and how late we want to have busses leaving there. if in fact you end up with not just locals, but a lot of people who work in san francisco but commute back and forth to the east bay. >> that's a great question. i don't have any specific information about this facility or projections about it, but generally speaking, we will have a strong corporate presence, so, all the people that are coming in to work at microsoft and salesforce and trulia and other businesses, if they are coming from oakland, a.c. transit, coming in from other public transportation, we are going to add memberships with them and corporate deals and those people will be coming in before work. if you look at our mid market location, between twitter and uber, our primary times that are the busiest is right before work, from 6 to 8 in the morning, lunchtime, 12 to 1, an

a.c. transit on sfmta, the bay area toll authority because of the fact that we're basically tolling folks coming on and off the bridge so we have to make sure we work the agreements with them as it relates to what we call their leg of the interchange. the treasure island development authority bob beck is here today. he is leading all the development efforts with the developer himself and then also when it comes to ferry service, we're having discussions right now and crafting m.o.u.s with the water transportation authority. and to be in the reactive phase of applying for and obtaining as much federal, state and local and regional money that we can. so later on in the presentation, we'll talk about that, item seven in particular. so, we have been successful in that regard. on the screen right now shows you the different planning activities that are ongoing. also the engineering activities. we've got our, in essence, program management team working on all of this and rachel hyatt leading all the planning efforts in particular and we have some exciting news, like i indicated, on item seven.

a.c. transit, sam trans and eventual rail connections for the downtown extension of cal train and high speed rail. the integrated transit center in cal train extension programs is the largest project in the prop-k expenditure plan which designated up to $270 million toward this project. to date, the t.a. has allocated $175 million prop-k funds and today we're agdized to add more for the d.t.x. design. we have also committed significant state and federal funds alongside our funding partners at the state and the united states and the region. this hasn't been an easy project by any means, but has already had a major impact catalyzing over a decade of development across the trans-bay transit district including much needed affordable housing. congratulationss to the tgpa, thank you to our funding partners and all of the commissioners and supervisors past and present, including supervise source and commissioner kim and to the neighbors in the area. i wish you had -- ish wi you a wonderful regional neighborhood celebration on august 11 from 12:00 noons to 4:00 p.m. at 425 mission street. and then o
